Justin Ho, hailing from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, brings 15 years of experience in hospitality. He holds a Master's Degree in International Hospitality Management and certifications including Certified Sommelier (CMS), Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), Level 3 Advance Certificate, and Certified Educator for WSET. Previously, he served as Assistant Professor in the F&B Division at BERJAYA University College and was a WSET Educator at BERJAYA Wine and Spirit Education Centre. Concurrently, he worked as a Sommelier and Sake Sommelier at venues such as Restaurant DC, Sushi Hibiki at 4 Seasons KL, LUT Group, and various hosted events. He is a three-time Best Sommelier of Malaysia and achieved 2nd Runner Up in the Best Sommelier of Asia Oceania 2018. Recently, he won the Best Sommelier Prize in the International Category at the 10th Best Sommelier of Japan Competition. He also earned 1st Runner Up in the La Maison Cointreau Bartending Championship Malaysia and Opihr Cocktail Championship Malaysia in 2019.

Ezra Tan, born and raised in Malaysia, began his career in wine retail at establishments like W Wine & Liquor Warehouse and Lavo Gallery, where he served as a wine consultant and cellar master. Despite graduating with a Diploma in Psychology, Ezra's passion for the wine industry led him to pursue a different path from his academic background. In 2023, he achieved certifications in WSET Level 3 and ASI Level 1. That same year marked Ezra's debut in competitive sommelier events with the Jeunes Sommelier Competition Malaysia 2023, where he secured the 1st runner up position. Three months later, he distinguished himself further by placing 7th in the Malaysia Best Sommelier Competition 2023. Looking forward, Ezra's aspirations include becoming an Advanced Sommelier and obtaining the ASI Diploma, reflecting his dedication to advancing in the field of wine expertise.
